1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using Figurinha Craque, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. People under 18 may only use the Service under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the Service

Figurinha Craque lets you upload a photo and generate, through artificial intelligence, a digital sticker with an aesthetic inspired by sports albums. The result is made available for download and, optionally, for assembling a print-ready PDF file.

Figurinha Craque is an independent product, with no connection, sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement from FIFA, the World Cup, confederations, national teams, clubs, leagues or any official entities or competitions. Any trademarks that may be mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Stickers are generated automatically. Because this relies on artificial intelligence, results may vary and there is no guarantee of exact likeness, specific quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features you must create an account with truthful, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, as set out in these Terms.

4. Credits, Packages and Payments

Generating stickers consumes credits, purchased through paid packages. Current prices, quantities and conditions are shown at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by external payment providers. We do not store your full card details. By making a purchase, you authorize the corresponding charge.

Unless otherwise required by law, credits are non-refundable once used. Any refund requests will follow applicable law, including the right of withdrawal set out in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.

5. User Content and Photos

You retain ownership of the photos you upload (“User Content”). By uploading them, you grant Figurinha Craque a limited, non-exclusive and temporary license to store and process those images for the sole purpose of generating the requested stickers and operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that you hold all rights necessary over the uploaded photos and that you have obtained the consent of every person depicted in them for the processing described here.

Photographs of children and adolescents may only be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian, who is solely responsible for the upload and the corresponding consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• upload photos of third parties without their consent;
• use images of public figures, athletes or characters without proper authorization or legal basis;
• generate illegal, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory content, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes the rights of others;
• infringe intellectual property, image or privacy rights;
• attempt to bypass, overload, compromise or reverse engineer the Platform;
• use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property and License to Use

The Figurinha Craque brand, software, design, texts and other elements of the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to [LEGAL ENTITY] or its licensors.

Once generation is complete, you receive a license to use the resulting sticker for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires prior authorization and respect for the image rights of the people depicted and for third-party rights.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the generated results will meet specific expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Figurinha Craque and [LEGAL ENTITY] shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law, including those arising from consumer protection rules.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service or legal requirement. Termination does not, in itself, entitle you to a refund of credits already used.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with its update date. Material changes may be communicated through our channels. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated version.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of [JURISDICTION] are elected to settle any disputes, without prejudice to the consumer’s place of residence, where applicable.
